You can contact Digi-Net Technical Support via phone or email. Technical support is available only to hosting customers whose accounts are current and to license customers who have a valid Annual Service Plan (ASP). When contacting Technical Support by phone, please be prepared to provide your company name and site ID so that we may verify your account status.
License customers whose ASP has expired are invited to renew in order to qualify for technical support on their license purchases. A sales representative will be happy to assist you in renewing your ASP. If you purchased your license less than 12 months ago, the first year's ASP was included in the license price and is therefore valid.
