Ensembleé Unique Customizable Interface
DigiPosts features a unique, fully customizable graphical three-paned interface. The interface is a totally new way to look at bulletin board software. Similar in design to many e-mail programs, the DigiPosts interface combines the best of both worlds: You can view messages individually (similar to a mail reader) or you can view all messages in a thread. These threads provide an efficient means for users of slower modem to read large threads one message at a time while allowing other users who wish to view all messages in a single thread. We also provide a "View All Messages" feature, that allows you to browse posts in a forum by date (not by thread), so you can quickly locate the latest activity in a busy forum.
Envoy™ Fully Integrated Listserv (Mailing List)
DigiPosts is the first to fully integrate a mailing list with a web-based bulletin board. Users can post messages via the web-based interface while other members can view and participate (including replying to a post) via e-mail! Now you can truly build a community and keep members of that community involved withouth requiring them to constantly check the site in order to participate. It's the best of both worlds!
Built-in Membership Database and Login System
DigiPosts automatically manages your entire user community through the built-in membership database. Users will be able to create and manage their own profiles. Create "open" or "closed" communities: you have total control over how your forums operate... Allow/Disallow ONLY registered members to post forum messages, allow/disallow ALL users chat capabilities (or not), approve member applications individually before they can partcipate (or not) , etc. This is your community, and you're in total control.

Fast Database Engine
DigiPosts utilizes MySQL as the default database "engine". MySQL is an extremely quick, cross platform database that is specifically optimized for applications like DigiPosts. For sites that wish to utlize an alternative database engine to power DigiPosts, you can easily replace the default database with any ODBC/JDBC compliant database, including MS SQL Server, DB2, Oracle, Postgres, and others.
Web-Based Remote Administration
Manage your DigiPosts site using any web browser from anywhere. You can customize the look and feel of the boards, moderate forums, and perform other administrative functions quickly and easily. DigiPosts features full support for multiple administrative levels allowing you to offload other admin functions to other BoardMasters without compromising system security.
Support for File Attachments and Emoticons
DigiPosts allows you to attach a file to any message post. Administrators can enable or disable this functionality on a forum by forum basis. DigiPosts also offers full support for emoticons (graphical smilies, etc.)
Integration with Enclave Community Suite (including DigiChat and Hubz)
DigiPosts shares a common membership database, login system, custom user profiles and administrative controls with the other Enclave Community Suite products: DigiChat and Hubz. For example, if you ban a user in DigiChat, and they will automatically be banned in Hubz. Add an emoticon to DigiChat, and they'll be added to DigiPosts, etc.
Customizable Board Privilege Levels
DigiPosts allows administrators to allow/disallow guests the ability to view threads, post responses, or attach files to posts. DigiPosts also provides the ability to allow moderators called BoardMastersé to monitor and edit posts. Additionally, administrators can create "Read Only Topics", where users may view but not post messages.
Search Engine Support

If you have access to your own server and would like to run DigiPosts yourself, you can do so by purchasing a software license for use on your own server. If you do not have access or do not want to run DigiPosts on your own server, then our Managed Hosting Option is for you. We handle all aspects of your DigiPosts site, including providing the hardware, software, bandwith and infrastructure. You simply add a link to your hosted DigiPosts site and visitors are transparently taken to your hosted site here. You retain all the customization capabilities and administrative options, but without the headaches of maintaining Internet servers. All for an affordable monthly fee.
