Auto-Open Site Population Window
Hubz can be configured such that the Site Population window automatically opens whenever a visitor browses any one of your Hubz-enabled web pages on your site. By adding instant awareness of who's online whenever a visitor enters your site, you build a sense of community, facilitate communication and collaboration among your site visitors. This ultimately add a degree of "stickiness" to your web presence which results in increased loyalty (repeat traffic) and increases how long the average visitor stays on your web site.
No Special Software Downloads or Plug-ins
Visitors to your web site do not need to download special software or browser plug-ins. It's simply a case of show up and interact! Hubz supports all flavors of Windows, Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Linux and Macintosh. Our compatibility ensures that you never leave ANY of your visitors out in the cold.
Built-in Membership Database and Login System
(Only available as part of the Enclave Community Suite)
Hubz automatically manages your entire user community through the built-in membership database. Users will be able to create and manage their own profiles. Create "open" or "closed" communities: you have total control over how your forums operate... Allow/Disallow ONLY registered members to post forum messages, allow/disallow ALL users chat capabilities (or not), approve member applications individually before they can partcipate (or not) , etc. This is your community, and you're in total control.
Integration with Enclave Community Suite
(including DigiChat and DigiPosts)
Hubz can share a common membership database, login system, custom user profiles and administrative controls with the other Enclave Community Suite components: DigiChat and DigiPosts.
Full Administrative Hubz Interface
Hubz allows you to "kick" and "ban" troublesome users. You can ban a troublesome user via their IP address, domain name, or via our proprietary "browser block" technology (it blocks an individual computer regardless of their IP address or network they're coming from). Additionally, through our Enclave integration, you can ban a user's Enclave account and disallow Hubz/Enclave access.
Available as Software License or via our Managed Hosting Option (ASP)
There are two convenient ways that you can add Hubz to your Internet presence. If you have access to your own server and would like to run Hubz yourself, you can do so by purchasing a software license for use on your own server. If you do not have access or do not want to run Hubz on your own server, then our Managed Hosting Option is for you. We handle all aspects of your Hubz site, including providing the hardware, software, bandwith and infrastructure. You simply add a link to your hosted Hubz site and visitors are transparently taken to your hosted site here at Digi-Net. You retain all the customization capabilities and administrative options, but without the headaches of maintaining Internet servers for an affordable monthly fee. Best of all, your users will not know that you aren't running your own server; our URL NEVER appears in the visitors web browser.
